New Building Management System and Energy Efficient HVAC in the Works for Marriott Hotel in NYC
Nautilus Controls is working with Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn to provide building management system controls and more efficient HVAC systems for its hotel on Pearl Street in Manhattan’s Financial District.
The building is undergoing changes that will house Residence Inn guests in 120 rooms on the upper floors. The bottom levels will have 200 rooms for Marriott guests. Currently, our team has developed controls for the cooling tower with three pumps, four boilers with two pumps, a cogeneration plant, two FCUs, five WSHPs, and four VAVs.
