Nautilus Controls helped T-Mobile outfit its corporate building in Parsippany, NJ, with a BMS system. T-Mobile is the third-largest wireless carrier in the U.S., with 81.3 million subscribers as of 2019. Our team worked with management to build and install a BMS system that now controls:

115 VAVs with 11 baseboard heat systems and seven cabinet heaters.
Three RTUs with two fans each.
One penthouse with four fans.
Two compressors, eight boilers with one cooling tower and fresh air fan, and five AC units.
