111 John Street in NYC Gets an Integrated Honeywell Building Management System
In the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, 111 John Street is a historic office tower with modern needs. Nautilus Controls worked with management to upgrade and retrofit the building’s chilled water systems with an integrated Honeywell Trend Controls building management system.
Two cooling towers are designed to provide condenser water systems to the chillers. The Honeywell BMS controls and monitors the cooling tower fans and works with the existing YORK chillers. With more than 20 air handling units in the facility, the Honeywell building management system continues to provide seamless integration for control and monitoring for all units within the facility.
